Jerrod Paul is the founding attorney of The Law Offices of Jerrod Paul, P.A., and concentrates his practice in the area of Personal Injury Law. Jerrod is admitted to practice law before the state Bar of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of South Eastern Admiralty Law Institute as well as the American Bar Association.

Jerrod Paul has dedicated his life to fighting for the rights of others. After working for several prestigious law firms in Central Florida, he founded The Law Offices of Jerrod Paul, P.A. to be able to provide more personal and individualized legal assistance to victims who suffered personal injuries due to the neglegiance of others. This process took shape during his studies at the University of Buffalo where he graduated cum laude and received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Understanding the political framework in which we live and how to use this expertise to defend the rights of victims of injury was the driving force in choosing that educational path. In obtaining that degree Mr. Paul's studies incorporated several areas of legal studies including legal research and writing, Florida civil law and procedure, Florida evidence, constitutional law, and judicial process and politics.

Jerrod received a Juris Doctorate from the prestigous University of Miami College of Law in 2003. His preparation for his Juris Doctorate included extensive studies in the areas of personal injury and products liability. In addition, his focus not only extended to the areas of both state and federal civil law, but also property and security negligence and liability, complex medical malpractice law, business litigation and contracts, and real estate law.

While in law school, Jerrod Paul was actively involved in several civil minded organizations, all promoting those ideals that fueled his desire to practice law. Jerrod was awarded the Top Young Lawyers 2014-2015 award.
